Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AussieEventCentral website, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and AussieEventCentral Pty Ltd ABN 72 654 321 098 ("AussieEventCentral", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

AussieEventCentral provides professional casino table hire and croupier services for private and corporate events throughout Australia. Our services are provided strictly for entertainment purposes and include, but are not limited to:

• Casino table hire (blackjack, roulette, poker, baccarat, and other table games)
• Professional croupier and event staff
• Delivery, set-up, and pack-down of equipment
• Fun-money chips and event currency for gameplay
• Event consultation and planning assistance

Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.

3. Entertainment-Only Nature

AussieEventCentral operates exclusively as an entertainment service. The following applies to all events and services we provide:

• No real money is used, wagered, or exchanged at any event we facilitate.
• All chips and tokens provided are fun-money chips with no monetary value whatsoever.
• No gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind occurs at our events.
• No prizes, winnings, or rewards of monetary value are offered or distributed.
• AussieEventCentral is not a gambling service and does not hold a gambling licence.

Any attempt to use our services in connection with real-money gambling is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to the AussieEventCentral website and engagement of our services is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all guests attending an event where AussieEventCentral services are provided are 18 years of age or older. AussieEventCentral reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot confirm they are of legal age.

AussieEventCentral accepts no liability for any breach of age requirements where such breach is the result of the Client's failure to perform adequate age verification.

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a booking confirmation issued by AussieEventCentral.

Deposit and Final Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to confirm and secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
• For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Pricing and GST

All prices are quoted and payable in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. AussieEventCentral Pty Ltd is registered for GST purposes. Tax invoices will be issued upon request.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for bookings made after the quote expiry date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@aussieeventcentral.com.au. The following cancellation policy applies:

• 30 or more days before the event: Full deposit refund, less any third-party costs already incurred.
• 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Fewer than 14 days before the event: The full deposit amount is forfeited and non-refundable.
• Fewer than 48 hours before the event: The full event amount is payable, regardless of whether a deposit has been received.

AussieEventCentral reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

7. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the event, including venue details, guest numbers, and any special requirements.
• Ensure that adequate space, power supply, and lighting are available at the venue to accommodate our equipment and staff.
• Obtain all necessary permits, licences, and approvals required for the event and venue, including any venue-specific requirements.
• Perform reasonable age verification of all event guests to ensure no one under the age of 18 participates in casino entertainment activities.
• Ensure that all guests and event staff treat AussieEventCentral personnel with respect. We reserve the right to remove our staff from any event where they are subjected to abusive or unsafe behaviour.
• Ensure that no real money gambling or wagering takes place at any event where our services are provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), AussieEventCentral's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of services is limited to the total fees paid by you to AussieEventCentral for the specific event giving rise to the claim.

AussieEventCentral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of our services or website.

AussieEventCentral holds appropriate public liability insurance. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the AussieEventCentral website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of AussieEventCentral Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without the prior written consent of AussieEventCentral Pty Ltd. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services we provide.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
